PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

 

   1.  Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased or given away,or sold to any pet shop, research facility.  If for some reason, purchaser cannot keep kitten or cat, breeder gets option to obtain the kitten back without refund. Breeders cannot br sold as breeders without permission from the seller.  You can contact breeder for help you may need.

 

   2.  This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside.

 

   3.  This cat or kitten is purchased for Pet:___Breeding:___Show:___

 

   4.  If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to castrate or spay this cat between the age of 5 to 7 months, or within 30 days after purchase if this is an adult cat, and agrees and guarantees that this cat or kitten WILL NOT be used for stud or breeding.  Purchaser agrees to pay 1000.00 to seller if they use for breeding.  If bought as a breeder seller guarantees the fertility of said animal.  If after 18 months of age they have not produced cat will be seen by purchasers vet for health problems preventing its breeding success.  Documentation will be sent to breeder.  Cat will be replaced.  NO CASH REFUNDS.

 

   5.  If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated,  Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Albeng unconditionally.

 

   6.  Purchaser is responsible for all vet fees after purchase.

 

   7.  All transportation fees are the sole responibility of the purchaser.

 

   8.  Purchaser is to keep cat or kitten separate from all other cats/kittens in household during the guarantee period.  Gradually introduce the new cat/kitten to other pets. Failure to do so will render the contract null and void.

 

   9.  Deposits are non-refundable and no cash refunds except as stated in health guarantee.

 

   10.  Sell agrees to provide pedigree and registration papers for this cat/kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian's certificate of castrating or spaying.

 

   11.  This cat or kitten cannot be shown without written permission of the seller.

 

   12.  If this cat is purchased as breeder male, Purchaser agrees not to use this cat for outside stud service.

 

   13.  This cat kitten is being fed:  Royal Canin kitten or Special formula/soft can as a treat.

 

 

                                  HEALTH GUARANTEE

 

 

The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be in sound health upon arrival.  It is guaranteed for a 72 hours from time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time.  If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately.  Upon its return, it will be replaced with another kitten/cat of equal value.  If no replacement is available at that time, seller will have 6 months to furnish satisfactory replacement.  The cat/kitten cannot be returned after guarantee period has expired.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate verterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress, and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.  Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller.  If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, cpmpensation will be made ONLY if veterinarian certifies the cause of death. 

 

Albeng does not guarantee pyometra, coccidia, herpes virus, or any other URI's that may occur since they are all stress related.  Albeng cannot guarantee that a kitten does not have a corona titer, I can guarantee that I follow proper procedures to make sure exposure risk is minimal.  There is no good test to proven vaccine for this.  I will replace any kitten that gets FIP in the first year, which is the time they are most at risk.

 

Albeng is only responsible for Albeng kittens not for any other household cat.

 

This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year.  Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect,  the cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed vet and a vet's certificate is provided as proff of cause of death.  A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the descretion of the breeder.

 

This contact is legally binding on the buyer(s) and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.  Any legal fees incurred in upholding this contract will be paid by the purchaser, in the state of Ohio, county Clinton.
